Samarium kobalt magniti - samarium va kobalt kabi noyob tuproq elementlaridan tayyorlangan noyob tuproqli doimiy magnit. NdFeb bilan solishtirganda, samarium kobalt doimiy magnitlari yuqori haroratlarda ishlashga ko'proq mos keladi. 180 darajadan yuqori harorat barqarorligi va kimyoviy barqarorlikni saqlab turishi mumkin. Samarium kobalt doimiy magnitlari asosan mudofaa, aerokosmik, mikroto'lqinli uskunalar, tibbiy asbob-uskunalar, aloqa, asbobsozlik, turli magnit uzatish uskunalari, magnit protsessorlar, sensorlar, ovozli lasan motorlari, magnit kranlar va boshqalarda qo'llaniladi. ~ 350 Selsiy daraja va Kyuri harorati 700 ~ 840 daraja. Bu noyob samarium kobalt doimiy magnit, yuqori magnit, yuqori ish harorati. Biroq, estetik jihatdan yoqimli yoki korroziyaga chidamli qoplama zarur bo'lsa, nikel, sink, oltin yoki epoksi yoki boshqa qoplamadan foydalanish mumkin. Samarium kobalt doimiy magnitlarini qo'llashga kelsak, ular asosan yaxshi magnit barqarorligi tufayli juda murakkab ish muhitida qo'llaniladi. Samarium kobalt magnitlarini ishlab chiqarish jarayoni
Super abraziv vositalar bilan kesish yoki silliqlash orqali biz o'lchamli o'lcham va bardoshlikga erishamiz. Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) an'anaviy burg'ulash, tornalash yoki frezalash jarayonlari bilan maydalanishi mumkin emas va ular magnitlanishidan oldin ishlov berilishi kerak. Bundan tashqari, katta yoki murakkab yig'ilishlar odatda yig'ilishdan oldin magnitlanadi. Samarium Cobalt magnitlari uchun standart toleranslar zamin o'lchamlari uchun ortiqcha /-.05 mm.
